We are looking for a product support rep who has a passion for problem solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You need to be equipped with extensive product knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing your portfolio of customers with quotations, regular visits, maintaining relationships and providing service at optimum level.
  • Assisting with sales and technical support in all product sectors such as GET & Undercarriage.
  • Measuring and monitoring undercarriage and completing relevant reports.
  • Sourcing new customers to grow your customer portfolio.
  • Assisting with technical queries and troubleshooting customer complaints.
Education

Min Grade 12

Skills

Good Communication Skills

Computer Literate

Experience

At least 3 years experience in sales

Technical knowledge advantageous
